• Prohibited Use: Unauthorized use, scraping, or misuse of data is prohibited.

2. Design & Consultation Services

• Timelines: All timelines (e.g., 45-day delivery) are subject to project scope, approvals, and material availability.
• Fees: Initial consultations may be complimentary; detailed design phases may incur fees as agreed upon.
• Delays: Crafts By Elegance is not liable for delays caused by third-party vendors beyond our control.

3. Intellectual Property

• Ownership: Logos, content, 3D renders, and platform designs are owned by Crafts By Elegance.
• Restrictions: You may not copy, distribute, or modify without permission.

4. Limitation of Liability

• As Is: Crafts By Elegance provides platforms and initial estimates “as is.”
• Indirect Damages: We are not responsible for technical interruptions or indirect damages arising from platform use.

5. Termination

• Account Suspension: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts or refuse service for violations of these terms.

6. Governing Law & Contact

• Jurisdiction: These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
